To fulfil your requirements, we need to take your idea through a series of steps to achieve the end product.
From initial concept through to final approval an outline of the steps we take is shown below:
From the initial contact we will immediately begin to assess your concept requirements including volumes product and service requirements.
Once we have fully understood your requirements we will produce a Design & Manufacturing Feasibility Assessment including tooling required, manufacturing lead times and budget pricing.
We will work with you to fully understand your requirements and refine the section design to enhance performance and optimise cost
We will create a detailed proposal including commercial terms, tooling requirements, service requirements and a plan detailing the stages from order placement through to first delivery.
Once an order is received, we manufacture all the tooling required to produce the section, perform manufacturing trials and produce a finished sample, which is then quality checked to ensure all criteria are met.
Once we have approval that the samples are okay, we will start full production, and make the first delivery.
