voestalpine Metsec, the UK’s largest designer and manufacturer of cold-rolled steel systems for the building industry, has joined the Construction Products Association as an Affiliate Member, underlining the company’s commitment to setting and upholding the highest standards in all areas of its operations and strengthening the CPA’s pool of knowledge in the field of cold-rolled steel products.

Based at Oldbury in the West Midlands, Metsec designs and manufactures a range of innovative products which deliver high performance, efficient, economic construction solutions, including Metframe and SFS framing systems, purlins, dry lining and cable management systems.

The company’s products are used in building and infrastructure projects throughout the construction and engineering industries, from schools to hospitals, distribution centres to high-rise apartments and data centres to sports stadia.

A market-leader in the digitalisation of construction, Metsec is committed to the development of information systems which deliver efficiency through the integration of design, specification and construction processes.
