The Metsec Purlin Division is the UK's largest supplier of cold rolled steel zed purlin and C section profiles for use in roof and side rail systems within building shell applications as well as in the construction of mezzanine floors. This position has been achieved through an ongoing commitment to improving our product design and customer service. This commitment, allied to our ongoing investment in new technology, will ensure that we will continue to satisfy our customer's expectations in a highly competitive market.

Today, the ordering information for these cold rolled products can be transferred by customers using Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) from Metsec's own detailing software or from third party 3D systems such as StruCad and XSteel thereby reducing the potential for errors. This increased efficiency enables shorter lead times to be achieved which, allied to our excellent service, allows for faster site completion.
