Not only do our designs incorporate many common profiles but through intelligent design we have incorporated flexibility around the dimensions within the profile and material thicknesses. This will enable manufacture of your unique products without the usual high tooling investment required when improving existing or introducing new products.

Need a hole in your product; Metsec is one step ahead of your needs. Not only can you have a standard profile with unique dimensions you can now also receive your parts pre pierced.

Our Standard Tooling range also extends to in line pre piercing with a standard range of hole dimensions. The position of the hole in relation to the profile and your pitch requirements are also engineered with flexibility in mind.
