Metsec’s Custom Roll Forming (CRF) Division is one of the UK’s
leading manufacturers of specialist cold rolled formed bespoke and standard
metal sections.
We are capable of producing virtually any cold rolled formed steel section and profiles
including Open Sections,
Closed Sections or
High Frequency Welded Steel Sections. All cold rolled sections
manufactured within our world class production facility can either be supplied plain
or pierced with your individual bespoke pre pierce design. Customers benefit from
our extensive expertise in both profile design and material specification, receiving
cost effective components in the shortest possible time.

Custom Roll Forming (CRF) manufactures a vast range of cold formed steel sections,
from simple shapes to very complex profiles. Section
can be produced from material gauges ranging from 0.4mm up to 10mm thick.
Custom Roll Forming consistently delivers cost effective steel profiles and design solutions
in the shortest possible time. Specialist high quality engineered sections designed
and manufactured to meet our customer’s requirements. Custom Roll Forming’s dedicated
Technology Centre and prototype facility supports customers in developing the correct
and most cost effective profile for their specific application. From there, we use
specialist skills and equipment to manufacture the rolls and tools to produce the
cold roll formed section, guaranteeing consistent quality and repeatability, for use
in a wide variety of industries such as racking, shelving, bridges and trailers.
Further processing
The Metsec Engineering division produces high quality Cold Rolled Sections
in line with your bespoke design innovations. We can also Bend or Manipulate,
Drill
or Laser cut holes and manufacture your completed
welded fabrication.
All these processes are an integral part of the
Metsec Profile Manipulation Division;
this division is a market leader and specialist manufacturer of technical and fabricated
products used in a wide variety of industries including the Yellow Goods and Off
