Metsec has supplied 17m span lightweight lattice trusses as part of its steelwork package for the first two of the new style virtually flat roof Aldi supermarkets in the U.K.

The trusses had a 1.5 degree taper, were 500mm deep at the shallow end and were supplied in one length to speed up the erection times.
