When Zurich Financial Services needed to create almost 2,000 m² extra storage space at a
print and distribution warehouse in Wiltshire they used Metsec light gauge steel lattice beams to build a mezzanine floor and SFS site fixed framing for internal walls.

The 16 week construction programme saw some 5.5 km of SFS framing internal walling installed in just 12 weeks using approved Metsec installers before being clad in terracotta, cedar, render and blockwork. Metsec's lattice beam and framing divisions worked closely together to design, detail and supply the most cost effective structural solution for the project.
