Custom Roll Forming strives to minimise product cost by endeavouring to produce all profiles in one single operation.

For pierced profiles we punch the required hole pattern into the strip prior to roll forming on one of our many pre-pierce lines. Hole patterns can be continuous along the length or random to suit the specific application.

Once the hole pattern is produced the strip is fed automatically into the roll-forming line to produce the desired profile and then cut-to-length.
